สีหศักดิ์ เรียกทูตจีนมาพบ ปม คนไทยข้องใจ! ส่งอาวุธให้กัมพูชา

จาง เจี้ยนเว่ย์ ทูตจีน ยืนยันกับ สีหศักดิ์ หลังจากการปะทะไทย-กัมพูชา จีนก็ไม่เคยสนับสนุนอาวุธให้ฝ่ายกัมพูชาเพื่อโจมตีไทย

ผู้สื่อข่าวโตโจ้นิวส์รายงานว่า เมื่อวันที่ 7 ตุลาคม 2568 นายสีหศักดิ์ พวงเกตุแก้ว รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการต่างประเทศได้เชิญนายจาง เจี้ยนเว่ย์ เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนประจำประเทศไทย มาพบหารือเกี่ยวกับความสัมพันธ์ไทย – จีน และแลกเปลี่ยนข้อคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับสถานการณ์ไทย – กัมพูชา

รัฐมนตรีฯ ขอบคุณที่จีนมีบทบาทสร้างสรรค์ในความพยายามคลี่คลายสถานการณ์ไทย – กัมพูชา โดยสนับสนุนให้ไทยและกัมพูชาพูดคุยหาทางออกร่วมกันอย่างสันติผ่านกลไกทวิภาคี ขณะเดียวกัน ได้แสดงความห่วงกังวลต่อรายงานข่าวว่า จีนได้ส่งอาวุธไปสนับสนุนกัมพูชาก่อนจะเกิดการปะทะไม่นาน ซึ่งอาจสร้างความเข้าใจผิดให้แก่สาธารณชน

เอกอัครราชทูตฯ ยืนยันท่าทีที่เป็นกลางของจีน และการยึดมั่นในนโยบายการไม่ส่งอาวุธให้คู่ขัดแย้ง ซึ่งจีนปฏิบัติมาโดยตลอด ส่วนเรื่องที่ปรากฎเป็นข่าว คือ ความร่วมมือในการป้องกันประเทศตามปกติที่มีอยู่แล้ว โดยหลังจากการปะทะ จีนก็ไม่เคยสนับสนุนอาวุธให้ฝ่ายกัมพูชาเพื่อโจมตีไทย ทั้งนี้ จีนหวังว่า ไทยและกัมพูชาจะแก้ไขปัญหาร่วมกันอย่างสันติผ่านกลไกทวิภาคี โดยจีนพร้อมมีบทบาทที่สร้างสรรค์และสนับสนุนการดำเนินการของอาเซียนในเรื่องนี้

อนึ่ง ทั้งสองฝ่ายยังได้หารือเกี่ยวกับภาพรวมความสัมพันธ์ไทย – จีน และยืนยันความมุ่งมั่นที่จะขับเคลื่อนความร่วมมือในทุกระดับและทุกกรอบความร่วมมือ เพื่อให้ความสัมพันธ์ไทย – จีนแน่นแฟ้นยิ่งขึ้นและสร้างความผาสุกให้แก่ประชาชนทั้งสองฝ่าย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในปี 2568 ซึ่งเป็นปีครบรอบ 50 ปีความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย – จีน

On 7 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, invited H.E. Mr. Zhang Jianwei, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of China to Thailand, for a meeting to discuss bilateral relations between Thailand and China, and exchange views on the Thailand – Cambodia situation.

The Foreign Minister expressed appreciation for China’s constructive role in supporting efforts to ease tensions between Thailand and Cambodia, encouraging both countries to engage in peaceful dialogue through bilateral mechanisms. He also expressed concern over media reports that China had supplied weapons to Cambodia shortly before the clashes occurred, which could cause public misunderstanding in Thailand.

In response, the Ambassador reaffirmed China’s neutral position and its longstanding policy of refraining from supplying arms to parties in conflict. The report in question referred to an existing national defense cooperation arrangement between China and Cambodia. Following the outbreak of the conflict, China has not provided any further arms to the Cambodian side which could be used against Thailand. The Ambassador also reiterated China’s stance in supporting both sides to resolve disputes peacefully through bilateral mechanisms. China stands ready to continue playing a constructive role and supporting ASEAN’s ongoing efforts in addressing the matter.

Both sides also discussed overall bilateral ties and reiterated their steadfast commitment to enhancing Thailand – China relations in all aspects with the aim of advancing the partnership to new heights and delivering tangible benefits to their peoples, building on the good momentum of the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between the two countries in 2025.
